Through life coaching as an individual or a group, we focus on building the life of our dreams.   This can be individualized to a need for the individual or through the DreamBuilder, Life Mastery or Self Actualization programs.

A consultation gives a good idea of what can be done for prevention of issues in the body and to help heal current maladies.

A consultation teaches tools and resources that help with overall wellbeing for the doshas.  The doshas are the way ayurveda uses to understand the world.  

A yoga class consists of asana, breathwork and mediation.  During this time we can practice yoga or we can learn the theory and background behind yoga and the associated modalities.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field technology is a soothing and restorative modality that stimulates and exercises the cells to support overall wellness.  This is great to
